O endere\u00e7o \u00e9 Avenida Silv\u00e9rio Campos, 258, Safira, e o hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento \u00e9 das 7h30 \u00e0s 11h30 e das 13h \u00e0s 17h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Importante: somente o titular da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 fazer a retirada das chaves, exceto nos casos de morte. Nessas situa\u00e7\u00f5es, \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio comprovar o falecimento atrav\u00e9s de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da certid\u00e3o de \u00f3bito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale ressaltar novamente que a data de 15 de julho \u00e9 o prazo final para a retirada das chaves.
